Refund and Returns Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed, that you find unsatisfactory, or that was damaged during shipment except due to adverse weather conditions. Please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund. We are unable to refund or replace wine that is ordered in error. Please call us at (806) 318-8301 or email us at info@texasvinecountry.com to arrange for return or refund.
Overview
If your shipment arrived damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the bottles as soon as you are aware of the damage.
Our refund and returns policy is through 14 days from delivery. If over 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds on Returned Wine
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve your refund, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment for the purchase price and shipping charges.
Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your damaged wine.
Shipping returns
To return your wine, you should mail it in its original packaging to: 2007 Lamesa Hwy, Brownfield, TX 79316.
Wine Club Cancellatoin
Texas Vine Country wine clubs are a 1-year commitment. By signing up for a wine club, you are agreeing to receive 4 shipments after which time you may cancel by emailing a request to cancel to info@texasvinecountry.com
